Requirements
– English: Fluent (welcome)
– Japanese: Elementary (greeting level) (welcome)
– Minimum of three years of experience in pool management or related field.
– Must be certified lifeguard and first aid and lifesaving courses in a recognized Life Guard Association.
– Proven track records and experience in managing and the budget for operation.
Description
– Responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the Pool facilities.
– Recruit, supervise and train lifeguards, pool office staff, swim service contractors (including lifeguards and swim instructors), and maintain staff satisfaction.
– Create, develop, coach and oversee swim programs and events, and maintain member satisfaction.
– Maintain pool cleanliness, safety, and upkeep all pool equipment and facilities.
– Develop, monitor and control annual budget for the pool.
– Responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the pool facility.
– Hire, supervise and train lifeguards, pool admin staff and swim service contractors (including lifeguards and swim instructors) and maintain staff satisfaction.
– Plan and organize swim programs and events to maintain member satisfaction.
– Maintain pool sanitation, safety, and upkeep of all pool equipment and facilities.
– Develop, track, and manage the pool’s annual budget.
