– Beginner: 90 seconds
– Intermediate: 180 seconds
– Advanced: 240 seconds

Speech Themes?:
– Self-introduction
– What I like
– Your dream
– Manga or anime you want to talk about
– Game you want to talk about
– Something that made you angry recently
– Something that made you embarrassed recently

Participation Methods?:
– Appear live on the day of the contest.
– Submit a video in advance (submission deadline: February 20).
– Avatar speeches are allowed.
– Speeches with materials by sharing the screen are allowed.
